1. AT MAIN GATE PRODUCE RIP ’N TEAR ACCEPTANCE LETTER AND ENTER CAMPUS

(Students with no rip ’n tear acceptance letter will be diverted to a marquee in the soccer stadium (Ellis Park) to be assisted and redirected.)

2. PROCEED TO KING BHEKUZULU HALL

1. Produce for verification:
1. Acceptance letter
2. Certified copy of matric certificate, national senior certificate or statement of results
3. Proof of payment of non-refundable fee of R300 paid within 14 days of date of acceptance letter
4. Proof of payment of R3445 for non-resident students and R4900 for resident students paid at least five working days before date of registration
5. Certified copy of ID book
6. Proof of residence as per a municipal account in the name of a parent or letter of confirmation of residence from the local chief or councillor
7. Study permit (international students only)
2. Check accuracy of biographical data
3. Obtain financial/bursary clearance
4. Check number of room allocated to you (students accepted for residence only)
